Navtrain is a Dutch naval training and consultancy company that supports maritime orientated organisations around the world. We deliver practical, operationally focused education, training and consultancyservices that enable our partners to operate safely, professionally and more effectively at sea.
Our operational branch is responsible for the delivery of export-related readiness training and maritime security courses, as well as simulator-based programmes held at our training centre in Den Helder, The Netherlands. On location simulator training is feasible on special request.
Navtrain maintains a close professional relationship with both the Royal Netherlands Navy and Netherlands Coast Goard, ensuring the support of its leadership.
Navtrain’s strength lies in its people. Our consultants and instructors are experienced maritime professionals. They are former officers and senior staff of the Royal Netherlands Navy and Coast Guard. They have served in active-duty roles and high-level staff positions around the world. Many have completed multiple operational tours worldwide (NATO, EU andother (inter)national missions) and have been deeply involved in regional maritime security efforts.
Every member of the team is selected not only for their operational experience, but also for their ability to train, teach and coach others. Our instructors have been trained in cultural awareness, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and cooperation with diverse international customers.
